Shipping policy

Production time
All of our works are made to order. Production usually takes 7–10 business days before your order is shipped.

Delivery times
 • Austria & EU: approx. 3–7 business days after production is completed.
 • International: shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order size.
Standard shipping rates apply; express shipping may be offered at additional cost.

Carriers
Orders are shipped with reliable partners such as Austrian Post, DHL, or GLS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Duties & taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of transport
Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk passes to the customer. In case of transport damage, please notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
