Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods to the above address without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returned items should, if possible, be in their original condition and packaging. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made, clearly tailored to your personal needs, or specially produced upon request (e.g. custom frame sizes, passepartouts).
For standard prints and frames, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

Damaged or defective goods
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt, including photographic evidence by email. In such cases, you will either receive a replacement free of charge or a full refund (including original shipping costs).
